Jim “Rusty” Gorgans is a well known Florida clown and an all around SECA favorite. Jim was WCA 2001 Clown of the Year and is currently SECA’s Competition Director. He is also a WCA and SECA Past President. This award-winning clown joins us again this year to share his wealth of knowledge.

Clowns Band Workshop – Kazoos, Pipes, Drums - In this workshop you will make a clown band instrument such as a kazoo horn. How about a bag pipe with a bass fog horn sound? Also, for those who love the sound of a marching band, a drum. Students please bring to class a plastic detergent bottle, kazoo and funnel. For bag pipe a 2 inch pvc pipe 18 inches long. Glue gun.
