Steve Roeske - In 1998 Billy Prince began teaching his nephew, Steve “Spots” Roeske of West Melbourne, Florida, to make Prince Clown Shoes. Steve attended his first clown convention in 1999 at Altamonte Springs. The SECA Convention was a great beginning and a wonderful opportunity to meet clowns and get to know more about clowning. In 2002 Steve started “Steve Roeske’s Custom Clown Shoes” carrying on the tradition of making Billy Prince Shoes. Steve has been a member, vendor, and supporter of SECA every since representing Prince Clown Shoes. He has also been a vendor at World Clown, Florida Clown Day, Winter Shrine in Atlanta, Georgia, Clown Escapades, Clown Jam in Branson, Missouri, and Balloon and Magic Mania. Steve “Spots” is also a member of COAI, WCA, and a charter member of Toby the Clown Foundation, Incorporated.
